ABOUT
MobiCAM is an early-stage CAD/CAM startup started in January 2026 by Avni Batuhan Akpunar, building design and manufacturing software for furniture workshops. It is developed in Erzincan, Türkiye. The product is in its pilot stage today and is used by real workshops on their own jobs.

THE PROBLEM
In a workshop the chain from design to production is broken: each output is prepared in its own step, often in its own program. That is why what the quote says and what the machine cuts do not always match. MobiCAM produces all four from the same parametric model; change one dimension and they all change together.
AI
MobiCAM's Text-to-CAD workflow uses the Anthropic Claude API. Claude converts a furniture design request written in Turkish into a constrained, structured design intent; MobiCAM's deterministic Rust engine validates it and applies it to the parametric model. Claude does not generate geometry or G-code.

PRINCIPLES
PRINCIPLE
The cut list, the banding, the G-code, the labels, the assembly and the price all derive from the same model. They were not prepared by looking at one another, so they cannot contradict one another. What is billed, what is bored and what is assembled are always the same thing.
PRINCIPLE
Project files sit on your own computer, in an open format. You can export them as DXF, OBJ, glTF, STEP and CSV whenever you like. Walking away from the program does not cost you your drawing.
PRINCIPLE
The program, the manual and this site were written in Turkish; English is the second language. The standard cabinet sizes used in Türkiye are defined inside the engine — that is what separates this from a translated interface.
PRINCIPLE
No feature is described on this site that does not exist, no representative photograph stands in for a screenshot that has not been taken, and nothing untested is written up as "working". Where something is missing, it says so.
