MODULE / QUOTES AND CUSTOMERS
Furniture quoting software and customer book
The price derives from the drawing too. Sheet stock, edge banding, hardware, appliances and labour are added up, VAT goes on, and it prints as a branded quote. The program remembers whose job it is.
01 / PRICE
The consumables are not forgotten
The commonest reason a quote comes in short is counting the boards and forgetting the tape, the hinges and the handles. In MobiCAM all of those have a default price and all of them come from the cut list itself — the metres of banding are worked out from which edge of which door is banded.
- Nested sheets — the real board count, waste included
- Edge banding — per metre, from the exposed edges
- Hardware: hinges, runners, handles, legs, LED, gola
- Appliances and glass, including anything priced per m²

02 / CUSTOMER BOOK
Whose job is this file?
Customers live in a separate book on your own computer; the project file carries only the link. That is why a <code>.mcam</code> you e-mail to the workshop still says whose job it is, while the customer's phone number and address stay with you.
- Name, phone, e-mail, address, note
- Stage: Draft, Quoted, Approved, In production, Delivered
- An open-work total per customer — without opening a single file
- The customer's contact block prints on the quote's cover
03 / PRESENTATION
Not a number — an offer
"Teklif" is the document you hand the customer: your brand and their details on the cover, wall-by-wall elevations inside, a grouped price summary and editable Turkish terms. It is one self-contained HTML page — you open it, print it, or save it as a PDF.
- A branded cover, with a 3D render if you want one
- Wall-by-wall design elevations
- A grouped price summary that reconciles to the quote exactly
- It is a presentation document: it never changes the design or the price
